Digital Imaging & Graphics Studio

Location: West Hall-214

This facility is setup to support high performance scanning, printing, drafting, and some video editing via 11 Macintosh workstations for undergraduate courses, special lectures, and other special events. Workstation hardware includes flatbed scanners, film scanners, camera stands, USB flashcard readers, a cutting board, network printer and pin up space. The installed LCD projection system with AV podium provides instructors with a variety of multimedia presentation formats such as DVcam, SVHS, DVD, DAT and Mac or PC laptops.

  • 11 iMac workstations.
  • 2 Microtek 9800xl scanners.
  • 1 Xerox 7760 network printer
  • 2 mini repro camera capture stands
  • HD LCD Projection system.
  • Podium system with AV equipment for presentations

Software:

  • OSX 10.6x
  • Adobe CS5 master suite.
  • Office for Mac.
Current room status
