Undergraduate Programs

From fine art and music to experimental video and animation, undergraduate students in the Arts have the opportunity to express themselves with a variety of media. Select from several concentrations within the BS EART degree to suit your interests:  Visual Arts & Animation; Computer Music & Sound Art; Video and Emerging Media; Art, Technology & Culture.

The Arts Departments is a partner in several other cutting-edge majors at Rensselaer, such as Electronic Media, Arts and Communication; Information Technology; and Games and Simulation Arts and Sciences.  Even if you’re not an Arts major, you can still exercise your creativity with one of our Arts minor programs.
